ORDERS AND DELIVERY
All prices are in euros and include VAT. Delivery for all orders is completely free and fully covered by Happy Moments by Tony’s, regardless of order value, weight, or number of items.
Deliveries are carried out via Econt and Box Now, and you can choose delivery to a courier office, locker, or directly to your address according to your preference.
Payment can be made via:
- cash on delivery – payment upon receiving the shipment;
- online card payment.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The WEBSITE and its content are provided “as is”. We are not responsible for any damages, losses, or expenses arising from the use of the website, regardless of whether we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
