Refund policy
At Happy Moments by Tony's, we believe every order should bring a smile. But if for any reason the product you received doesn't meet your expectations — don’t worry. You can return it easily and safely.
Return Conditions:
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of the purchase date.
- The product must be in its original condition and packaging.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Important: Before sending your parcel, please email us at info@happymoments.bg.
Return Process:
- Once we receive your returned item, we will send you an email confirmation.
- Our team will inspect the returned contents.
- You will receive an email with the refund details: product name, amount, and the IBAN for the refund (if not provided already).
- If you haven’t sent us your IBAN yet, please email it to info@happymoments.bg.
Please Note:
- We recommend using a courier service with tracking so you can be sure the parcel reaches us.
- Personalized items (e.g. made-to-order products) are not eligible for return.
