PAYMENT METHODS
Happy Moments by Tony's offers online payments by bank card or cash on delivery, with payment made upon receiving the shipment.
Please keep the receipt you receive, as it may be required for returns or exchanges.
DELIVERY
Happy Moments by Tony's works with Econt and Box Now to ensure fast and convenient delivery.
Delivery is completely free for all orders and is fully covered by us, regardless of order value, weight, or number of items.
You can choose delivery to a courier office, a Box Now locker, or directly to your address, depending on your preference.
ORDER PROCESSING
Once your order is placed, Happy Moments by Tony's will send you a confirmation email or contact you by phone to confirm and process your order.

ORDER TRACKING & DELIVERY TIME
After your order is shipped, you will receive a second email with a tracking number to follow your shipment.
Happy Moments by Tony's processes orders from Monday to Friday. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
All orders are prepared and handed over to the courier within 1 to 3 business days.
Orders placed after 4:00 PM on a working day are processed on the next business day.
Delivery takes 1–2 business days after dispatch.
UNDELIVERED SHIPMENTS
If, for any reason, your shipment cannot be delivered, it will be considered abandoned.
If the shipment is returned to Happy Moments by Tony's, we will contact you to arrange a new delivery.
If we are unable to reach you, the amount for the products will be refunded.
If the shipment is not returned to us, the customer is responsible for all related costs.
